Cthulu, the self proclaimed Lord of Darkness, is the shadow. He is the darkness, the resulting phenomenoa from an object getting between the light and void. He embodies evil in all forms, and can not be killed, under any conditions.
His closest physical embodiment is arguably that of the Moon Lord, although the Crimson could be argued to be closer due to it representing his remains.
